1.6 References to "you", "your", "entrant" or "participant" mean a person who enters a Prestige Draws prize draw.

2. THE PRIZE DRAW

2.1 Each Prestige Draws promotion is a prize draw in which eligible entrants have an opportunity to win the prize specified on the relevant competition page.

2.2 The prize for the initial Prestige Draw covered by these Terms is:

Rolex GMT-Master II "Zombie" — Reference 126713GRNR

The prize specification is:

Rolex GMT-Master II;

Reference 126713GRNR;

Yellow Rolesor;

Grey/black Cerachrom bezel;

Black dial;

40mm case;

Oyster bracelet.

2.3 "Zombie" is a commonly used nickname for the specified Rolex model and is not intended to suggest that "Zombie" is an official Rolex model designation.

2.4 The Promoter intends to purchase the prize following the closing of the competition and before the prize is awarded to the winner.

2.5 The Promoter will use reasonable care to obtain the exact prize described in these Terms and Conditions.

2.6 The Promoter will not substitute the advertised prize merely because fewer than 999 paid entries have been sold.

2.7 If, despite taking reasonable steps, the exact advertised prize becomes genuinely unavailable or impossible to obtain, the Promoter may provide a prize of equivalent or greater retail value, subject to the requirements of applicable law and provided that the substitution does not materially disadvantage the winner.

2.8 The Promoter will not replace the advertised prize with a cash payment unless:

a) the winner agrees to the cash alternative; or
b) applicable law permits or requires such an alternative.

2.9 The prize will be pre-owned or otherwise in the condition expressly stated on the relevant competition page.

2.10 Where the prize is a new Rolex watch, the Promoter will endeavour to obtain the watch from a reputable and legitimate source and will provide reasonable evidence of authenticity and provenance where available.

2.11 The prize does not include any additional items, services, insurance, travel, accommodation, tax, fees or expenses unless expressly stated on the relevant competition page.

2.12 Rolex is not affiliated with, sponsoring, endorsing or administering Prestige Draws or this promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Prestige Draws are open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of age and identity from any entrant, including the potential winner.

3.3 The Promoter may refuse to award a prize where an entrant cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they meet the eligibility requirements.

3.4 Employees, officers and directors of DG VISIONS LTD, together with members of their immediate household, may be excluded from entering a particular draw where stated on the relevant competition page.

3.5 The Promoter may also exclude individuals directly involved in the operation, administration, payment processing, technical development or independent verification of a particular draw where appropriate.

3.6 Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant competition page, the competition is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales only.

3.7 Entries from outside the permitted territory may be rejected.

3.8 Persons attempting to circumvent the eligibility requirements may have their entries cancelled.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 There are two entry routes:

a) a paid entry route; and
b) a free postal entry route.

4.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.3 The paid entry route is available through the Prestige Draws website using the payment methods made available at the time of entry.

4.4 The free postal entry route is described in full in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.

4.5 Paid and free entries form part of the same draw and are eligible for the same prize on the same basis.

4.6 The Promoter's system for selecting the winner will not distinguish between paid and free entries.

5. PAID ENTRY

5.1 Paid entries may be offered at different prices or through different promotional packages.

5.2 The standard paid entry price may be £14.97.

5.3 Alternative pricing may be tested or offered, including an entry price of £24.97.

5.4 The Promoter may also offer promotional packages involving a ticket advertised at £55, together with a promotional discount code or offer. The exact price payable after any applicable discount will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

5.5 The Promoter may change, introduce or withdraw promotional prices or discount offers before an entrant completes a purchase.

5.6 The price applicable to an entrant is the price clearly displayed at the point at which that entrant completes their purchase.

5.7 Promotional pricing does not alter the entrant's status as a paid entrant.

5.8 Each individual paid entry represents one entry into the relevant prize draw unless the relevant product expressly states that multiple entries are included.

5.9 Where a purchase contains multiple entries, each individual entry will have a separate chance of being selected.

5.10 There is no maximum number of entries that an individual may purchase, unless a specific competition page expressly states otherwise.

5.11 The Promoter reserves the right to impose a reasonable purchase limit for a particular future promotion where necessary for operational, legal, payment-processing or consumer-protection reasons. Any such limit will be stated before entry.

6. ENTRY LIMIT

6.1 The maximum number of entries available for the prize draw is:

999 entries in total.

6.2 The maximum of 999 entries applies collectively to paid and free entries.

6.3 Every valid entry occupies one position within the maximum entry allocation.

6.4 Once 999 valid entries have been received, no further entries will be accepted.

6.5 If the competition page displays a live entry counter, that counter is provided for information and may not update instantaneously.

6.6 The Promoter's official entry records will determine the number of valid entries received.

6.7 The Promoter will not knowingly accept entries beyond the stated maximum.

6.8 Where an entry is invalid, cancelled or otherwise removed in accordance with these Terms, the Promoter may make the corresponding entry position available again where appropriate.

6.9 An entrant does not have a guaranteed winning probability of exactly 1 in 999 unless 999 valid entries are ultimately included in the draw.

6.10 Where fewer than 999 valid entries are included in the final draw, every valid entry still has an equal chance of being selected.

7. FREE POSTAL ENTRY

7.1 You may enter the competition free of charge by post.

7.2 No purchase is necessary.

7.3 To enter by post, you must send a postal entry to:

Prestige Draws
14 Oaks Way
Surbiton
Long Ditton
KT6 5DS
United Kingdom

7.4 Your postal entry must be sent by ordinary First Class or Second Class post.

7.5 Each postal letter may contain one competition entry only.

7.6 One valid postal letter therefore constitutes one entry into the relevant competition.

7.7 Each postal entry must be sent separately. Multiple postal entries may be submitted, provided that each entry is contained within a separate postal letter.

7.8 A valid postal entry must include all of the following:

a) the full name of the competition being entered;
b) the entrant's full legal name;
c) the entrant's date of birth;
d) the entrant's residential address;
e) the entrant's telephone number; and
f) the entrant's email address.

7.9 The information provided must be accurate and sufficient for the Promoter to identify and contact the entrant.

7.10 The entrant must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

7.11 Postal entries must be received by the Promoter before the applicable competition closing date and time.

7.12 The date of posting is not necessarily the date on which an entry is received.

7.13 Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

7.14 Postal entries delivered after the applicable closing date may not be included in the draw.

7.15 Postal entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, duplicated within the same letter, sent using an unacceptable method, or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms may be rejected.

7.16 Hand-delivered entries, courier deliveries, Special Delivery, recorded delivery or other methods involving additional delivery charges may be rejected.

7.17 Entrants are responsible for paying only the ordinary postal cost of submitting their free entry.

7.18 The Promoter will not charge an entry fee for a valid postal entry.

7.19 A postal entrant will not receive a reduced chance of winning because they entered through the free route.

7.20 Free postal entries will be included in the same pool as paid entries.

7.21 Free postal entries will be subject to the same overall competition entry limit as paid entries.

7.22 The maximum of 999 entries therefore applies collectively to all valid paid and free entries.

7.23 The Promoter will not allocate a separate prize pool, separate draw or inferior prize to free postal entrants.

8. CLOSING DATE

8.1 Each competition will have a closing date and time specified on the relevant competition page.

8.2 The closing date and time will be determined by the Promoter before the relevant competition is launched.

8.3 Once published, the closing date will not be changed except where the Promoter reasonably considers that a change is necessary because of circumstances outside its reasonable control, legal requirements, technical issues, fraud, security concerns or another legitimate reason.

8.4 Where a closing date is changed, the Promoter will communicate the change to entrants where reasonably practicable.

8.5 The Promoter will not use a closing-date change as a mechanism to unfairly disadvantage entrants.

8.6 Entries received after the stated closing date and time will not ordinarily be eligible.

8.7 Where the maximum of 999 valid entries is reached before the advertised closing date, the competition may close early, provided that the competition rules and applicable consumer law permit this and the closing mechanism is clearly communicated to entrants.

8.8 The Promoter will not deliberately keep a competition open indefinitely.

9. VALID ENTRIES

9.1 An entry is valid only where:

a) the entrant satisfies the eligibility requirements;
b) the entry is received through an approved entry route;
c) the required information has been provided;
d) any applicable payment has successfully completed, where the paid route is used;
e) the entry is received before the applicable closing deadline; and
f) the entry otherwise complies with these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 A payment attempt, payment authorisation or abandoned checkout does not necessarily constitute a valid paid entry.

9.3 A paid entry is only considered valid once the Promoter has received confirmation that the transaction has successfully completed and the entry has been recorded in the Promoter's official entry system.

9.4 If a payment is subsequently reversed, charged back, refunded or otherwise cancelled, the associated paid entry may be cancelled where legally permissible.

9.5 The Promoter may reject entries containing false, misleading or incomplete information.

9.6 The Promoter may reject duplicate or fraudulent entries.

9.7 The Promoter may reject entries generated through automated systems, bots, scripts or other methods intended to circumvent the normal entry process.

10. ENTRY NUMBERS

10.1 Each valid entry will be allocated an entry number or another unique identifier.

10.2 Where an entrant purchases multiple entries, each individual entry will have its own entry number or unique identifier.

10.3 The Promoter will retain an authoritative record linking each valid entry number to the corresponding entrant.

10.4 Entrants should retain their confirmation email or other confirmation containing their entry information.

10.5 Failure to retain an entry confirmation does not automatically invalidate a valid entry.

10.6 The Promoter's official entry records will be used to establish which entries were valid and eligible for the draw.

11. WINNER SELECTION

11.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries included in the relevant competition at the time the draw is conducted.

11.2 Every valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

11.3 Paid entries and free postal entries will be treated equally for the purpose of winner selection.

11.4 The winner will not be selected based on the amount spent, number of purchases, method of entry, customer status, marketing activity or any other characteristic unrelated to the random selection process.

11.5 The Promoter will use a random selection process capable of producing an independently verifiable and auditable result.

11.6 Where practicable, the random selection process will be conducted using a reputable randomisation system or under independent supervision.

11.7 The Promoter will retain reasonable evidence of the draw and selection process.

11.8 The Promoter will not manually select a preferred entrant.

11.9 The Promoter will not deliberately manipulate the result in favour of any individual.

11.10 The winner will be determined solely by the random selection process and the eligibility requirements contained in these Terms and Conditions.

12. WINNER VERIFICATION

12.1 The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information supplied during entry.

12.2 Before the prize is awarded, the Promoter may require the selected entrant to provide reasonable evidence of:

a) identity;
b) age;
c) residential address; and
d) ownership or control of the relevant entry.

12.3 Acceptable verification documents may include a government-issued photographic identification document and reasonable proof of address.

12.4 The Promoter will only request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and administer the prize.

12.5 The Promoter will not request passwords, payment-card PINs or other unnecessary security credentials.

12.6 If the selected entrant cannot reasonably demonstrate that they are eligible, the Promoter may reject the winning entry.

12.7 If the selected entrant is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may select another winner from the remaining valid entries.

12.8 Where another winner is required, the replacement winner will be selected using the same random selection process.

13. CONTACTING THE WINNER

13.1 The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the selected winner using the details provided.

13.2 The winner must respond within the period reasonably specified by the Promoter.

13.3 If the winner does not respond, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to satisfy these Terms, the Promoter may select a replacement winner.

13.4 The Promoter may use more than one reasonable method of contact.

13.5 The Promoter is not responsible for a winner failing to receive communications because the entrant supplied incorrect contact information or failed to monitor their communications.

14. PRIZE DELIVERY

14.1 Once the winner has been successfully verified, the Promoter will arrange delivery or collection of the prize.

14.2 The method of delivery or collection will be agreed with the winner where reasonably practicable.

14.3 The Promoter may require the winner to provide suitable identification before releasing the prize.

14.4 The Promoter may require a signature upon delivery.

14.5 The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure the prize is delivered securely.

14.6 The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside its reasonable control, provided that the Promoter takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues.

14.7 Risk in the physical prize will pass to the winner upon delivery or collection, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. AUTHENTICITY OF THE WATCH

15.1 Where the prize is a Rolex watch, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure that the watch supplied to the winner is genuine and corresponds materially with the advertised model.

15.2 The Promoter will obtain the prize through a legitimate source.

15.3 Where documentation is supplied with the watch, such documentation will be passed to the winner where appropriate.

15.4 The Promoter will not knowingly supply a counterfeit watch.

15.5 The Promoter does not represent that Rolex has authorised, sponsored or endorsed the Prestige Draw.

16. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE

16.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant competition page, the prize is the specific item advertised.

16.2 The winner cannot ordinarily request a cash alternative.

16.3 The Promoter may, where reasonably necessary and legally permissible, provide a prize of equivalent or greater value if the advertised prize becomes genuinely unavailable.

16.4 Any replacement prize will not materially reduce the value of the prize originally advertised.

17. CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION AND CHANGES

17.1 The Promoter intends to conduct each competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

17.2 The Promoter may suspend, cancel or amend a competition where reasonably necessary because of:

a) fraud or attempted fraud;
b) serious technical failure;
c) payment-processing problems;
d) security concerns;
e) unlawful activity;
f) circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control;
g) legal or regulatory requirements; or
h) another circumstance that makes continuing the competition impracticable or unlawful.

17.3 The Promoter will not cancel or materially alter a competition merely because it is commercially less profitable than anticipated.

17.4 The Promoter will not deliberately cancel a competition simply because fewer than 999 entries have been sold.

17.5 Where a competition must be cancelled before a winner is selected, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify affected entrants and deal with payments in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

17.6 Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights an entrant may have.

18. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION OF ENTRIES

18.1 Entries are intended to be non-refundable except where:

a) the Promoter is legally required to provide a refund;
b) a payment has been taken incorrectly;
c) the Promoter decides, at its discretion, to provide a refund; or
d) a refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law.

18.2 The Promoter does not guarantee that an entrant will be able to cancel an entry after payment.

18.3 Where a refund is legitimately provided, the Promoter may cancel the corresponding entry.

18.4 If an entry is cancelled or refunded, it will not remain eligible to win unless required by law or expressly confirmed otherwise by the Promoter.

18.5 Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. FRAUD, ABUSE AND DISQUALIFICATION

19.1 The Promoter expects all entrants to participate honestly and in accordance with these Terms.

19.2 The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where there is reasonable evidence of:

a) fraud;
b) attempted fraud;
c) payment abuse;
d) chargeback abuse;
e) use of stolen payment information;
f) false identity information;
g) multiple accounts created for the purpose of circumventing a stated restriction;
h) automated or bot-based entry;
i) manipulation of the website or entry system;
j) interference with the draw;
k) attempts to obtain an unfair advantage; or
l) any other material breach of these Terms.

19.3 Where an entry is disqualified, the Promoter may cancel the associated entry.

19.4 The Promoter may cooperate with payment providers, law-enforcement authorities or other relevant organisations where fraud or criminal activity is suspected.

19.5 The Promoter will not discriminate against an entrant merely because they have purchased multiple legitimate entries where no applicable entry limit has been breached.

20. WEBSITE AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

20.1 The Promoter will take reasonable care to operate the competition website and entry system properly.

20.2 The Promoter is not responsible for temporary website unavailability caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

20.3 The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant's internet connection, device, browser, email provider or telecommunications provider.

20.4 Where a technical problem affects the integrity of the competition, the Promoter may suspend the competition while the issue is investigated.

20.5 The Promoter will take reasonable steps to preserve valid entries where technically possible.

20.6 An entrant should contact the Promoter promptly if they believe they have completed a purchase but have not received an entry confirmation.

21. PAYMENT PROCESSING

21.1 Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

21.2 The Promoter does not store complete payment-card details unless expressly permitted and required for legitimate business purposes.

21.3 Payment providers may conduct their own fraud, identity and transaction checks.

21.4 A payment being authorised by a payment provider does not necessarily mean that the entry has been accepted if the transaction subsequently fails or is reversed.

21.5 The Promoter reserves the right to reject transactions reasonably suspected of fraud or abuse.

22. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

22.1 Entering a Prestige Draw does not automatically mean that an entrant has consented to receive marketing emails, text messages or other promotional communications.

22.2 Where the Promoter seeks consent to send direct marketing electronically, consent will be requested separately from acceptance of these Terms.

22.3 Marketing consent will not be a condition of entering the competition.

22.4 Entrants may withdraw marketing consent in accordance with the applicable communication and privacy notice.

22.5 Transactional communications, including entry confirmations, winner notifications and important competition administration messages, may be sent where necessary to administer an entrant's participation.

23. PERSONAL DATA

23.1 The Promoter will process entrants' personal information for purposes including:

a) administering the competition;
b) processing payments;
c) verifying eligibility;
d) allocating and recording entries;
e) contacting entrants and winners;
f) delivering prizes;
g) preventing fraud and abuse;
h) complying with legal obligations; and
i) operating and improving the Prestige Draws service.

23.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Notice.

23.3 The Privacy Notice should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.

23.4 The Promoter will not sell an entrant's personal information merely because that person entered a competition.

23.5 Personal information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the competition, including payment processors, website providers, email providers, delivery providers, fraud-prevention services and professional advisers.

23.6 Where legally required, personal information may also be disclosed to law-enforcement authorities, regulators or other competent bodies.

23.7 Entrants should consult the Promoter's Privacy Notice for full information about how their personal data is collected, used, retained and protected.

24. PUBLICITY AND WINNER INFORMATION

24.1 The Promoter may publish the winner's surname and county or similar limited information where permitted by applicable law and where reasonably necessary to demonstrate that a genuine winner has been selected.

24.2 The Promoter will not publish a winner's full residential address, telephone number, email address, payment information or other unnecessary personal information.

24.3 The Promoter may ask the winner whether they are willing to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.

24.4 Participation in optional publicity will not affect the winner's eligibility to receive the prize.

24.5 Any marketing consent will be dealt with separately from these Terms.

25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

25.1 All Prestige Draws branding, website content, logos, graphics, photographs, text and other materials supplied by the Promoter remain the property of the Promoter or its relevant licensors unless stated otherwise.

25.2 Entrants may not reproduce or commercially exploit such material without prior written permission.

25.3 Rolex trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

26. LIABILITY

26.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

26.2 Nothing in these Terms affects an entrant's statutory consumer rights.

26.3 Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

26.4 The Promoter will take reasonable care in administering each competition.

26.5 The Promoter is not responsible for losses caused by an entrant providing inaccurate information, failing to comply with these Terms, or using the website improperly.

26.6 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

27. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

27.1 The Promoter will not be liable for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control.

27.2 Such circumstances may include, without limitation:

a) natural disasters;
b) serious power or telecommunications failures;
c) cyberattacks;
d) widespread internet failures;
e) governmental action;
f) changes in law or regulation;
g) serious payment-provider disruption;
h) war or terrorism;
i) industrial disputes; or
j) other events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

27.3 Where such an event materially affects a competition, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to protect entrants' interests and communicate relevant information.

28. COMPLAINTS

28.1 Questions or complaints regarding a competition should initially be sent to:

[email protected]

28.2 Complaints should include:

a) the entrant's full name;
b) relevant competition name;
c) entry number where available;
d) relevant date; and
e) a clear description of the issue.

28.3 The Promoter will consider complaints fairly and reasonably.

28.4 The Promoter will endeavour to respond within a reasonable period.

29. RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPATION

29.1 Prestige Draws are intended to provide entertainment and should not be treated as a method of making money.

29.2 Entrants should only spend money they can afford to lose.

29.3 The Promoter does not encourage entrants to spend beyond their means.

29.4 The availability of multiple entry packages does not create any guarantee of winning.

29.5 Purchasing additional entries increases the number of an entrant's entries but does not guarantee that any entry will be selected.

30. EQUAL TREATMENT OF ENTRIES

30.1 Every valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

30.2 This applies regardless of:

a) whether the entry was paid or free;
b) the price paid for a paid entry;
c) the promotional offer used;
d) the number of entries purchased;
e) when the entry was submitted; or
f) the entrant's relationship with Prestige Draws.

30.3 A £14.97 entry, a £24.97 entry, an entry obtained through a promotional offer, and a valid free postal entry each represent one entry for the purpose of the random draw.

30.4 Purchasing more than one entry gives the purchaser more than one individual entry, with each individual entry having the same chance as every other valid entry.

31. NO GUARANTEE OF WINNING

31.1 No entrant is guaranteed to win.

31.2 The winner will be determined by the random selection process described in these Terms.

31.3 Marketing statements concerning the potential to win must not be interpreted as a guarantee of winning.

31.4 Any statement concerning odds or likelihood of winning will be based on the applicable entry limit and competition structure.

32. COMPETITION INFORMATION

32.1 The relevant competition page will contain important information relating to the particular draw, including where applicable:

a) the prize;
b) entry prices;
c) promotional offers;
d) maximum number of entries;
e) closing date and time;
f) free postal entry instructions; and
g) any competition-specific rules.

32.2 Where competition-specific information conflicts with these general Terms and Conditions, the competition-specific information will apply only to the extent that it is expressly stated to vary these Terms.

32.3 Nothing on a competition page is intended to remove or restrict statutory consumer rights.

33. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

33.1 The Promoter may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time for future competitions.

33.2 The version of the Terms displayed at the time of an entrant's entry will generally apply to that entry.

33.3 The Promoter will not retrospectively introduce a material disadvantage to an entrant after that entrant has entered.

33.4 Changes required to comply with law or protect the integrity of the competition may be made where reasonably necessary.

34. SEVERABILITY

34.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

34.2 The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

35.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the relevant competition page and applicable Privacy Notice, constitute the terms governing an entrant's participation in the relevant competition.

35.2 Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

36. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

36.1 Prestige Draws may use third-party services to operate parts of the competition, including payment processors, website hosting providers, email services, analytics providers and delivery companies.

36.2 Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

36.3 Where a third-party service experiences an outage, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to restore the affected service or provide an alternative where practicable.

37. GOVERNING LAW

37.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

37.2 Subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable to an entrant, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.

38. IMPORTANT LEGAL STATUS OF THE PROMOTION

38.1 Prestige Draws intends to operate its promotions as lawful free draws with both paid and free entry routes.

38.2 The free postal entry route is an integral part of the competition and is not provided merely as an administrative formality.

38.3 Paid and free entries are intended to participate in the same prize draw and have equal chances of winning.

38.4 The Promoter will operate the competition in accordance with applicable UK law.

38.5 Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as creating a licence or authorisation from the Gambling Commission.

39. ACCEPTANCE

39.1 By entering a Prestige Draws competition, you confirm that:

a) you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
b) you satisfy the eligibility requirements;
c) the information supplied by you is accurate;
d) you understand that no purchase is necessary;
e) you understand that the winner is selected at random; and
f) you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
